According to McNeil Consumer Healthcare, approximately 574,000 bottles of grape flavored liquid infant Tylenol, which were been distributed nationally, have been recalled.  The medicine is part of the Johnson & Johnson consumer health unit, which has been plagued by recent recalls.

Ford Recalls SUV’s and minivans

According to the Boston Globe, Ford Motor Company has recalled approximately half a million vehicles due to mechanical issues.  The Ford recall includes minivans and SUV’s, most notably, the 2004 and 2005 Freestar, the Mercury Monterey Minivans, and the 2001 and 2002 Ford Escape.
