Sudbury School Children Accidently Served Undercooked Chicken

According to the Sudbury School Committee, Nixon Elementary School, some undercooked chicken strips were accidently served to some students at the Nixon Elementary School. Parents of students were alerted of the cafeteria mistake on Wednesday.

Cured Meats Linked to Increase in Risk of Cancer

According to a new study from the British Journal of Cancer, there is a possible link between processed meat, like bacon and sausage, and pancreatic cancer.  The study showed that, for every 50 gram serving per day, the risk of pancreatic cancer increases up by 19 percent.
